| 中文描述 | 球黴菌症是一種由黴菌所引發的疾病，一開始可能會出現局部皮膚的病灶，並侵犯附近的淋巴節，但是更常見的是出現瀰漫性的病灶。病原也可能會感染到肺、眼睛、心臟、骨頭、淋巴節、腹腔臟器、皮膚與泌尿生殖道等部位。眼睛會發生前葡萄膜炎的病灶。診斷依據包括病患過去是否到過疾病流行的地方、臨床症狀、體液與組織中是否存在病原、血清學檢查或是黴菌培養。盛行於美國西南部。 |
| 英文描述 | The fungal disease coccidiodomycosis might show primary skin lesions with local lymphatic involvment, or more often the disseminated form of the disease. May affect lungs, eyes, heart, bone, lymph nodes, viscera, skin, urogenital system. Ocular lesions appear as anterior uveitis. Dx is based on history of endemic area, signs, demonstration of organism in body fluids or tissue, serology or culture. Endemic area in the U.S. is the southwest. |
